Above are a few of the most common reasons I hear for someone booking. But, the most common reason is one that I haven’t mentioned yet. It’s the one that lights up my passion the most… It’s the reason I do this! And that reason is to take steps to honor the beauty in yourself. Maybe you’ve had some changes in your body that you’re learning to accept and see the beauty in. Maybe this has been a lifelong struggle for you. Or maybe you’ve taken steps to love it all, but you can’t seem to capture it in a photo. These are my favorite reasons for “Why Boudoir?” because they’re my why behind the camera.

YES! Unless you have given full consent and permission with a model release, your photos will remain private.

You babes know I LOVE to share my work. What you might not know is that this is often less about me just wanting to share my work and more about simply wanting to share another human’s beauty in hopes of inspiring others to see beauty in themselves. Sharing can be a big confidence booster. Not only for the babe in the pic, but for those viewing the photo too! There are tons of reasons to share! But, I also recognize that there are plenty of reasons clients choose to keep their photos private also. Maybe this is a special gift for your partner? For their eyes only! Maybe you’re in the midst of learning to see all of your own beauty and you just aren’t ready to share it with anyone else. Maybe you see all your beauty already and it simply feels too uncomfortable for you to share. Maybe you have a job that prohibits you from sharing…

Whatever your decision and whatever the reason, my number one priority is to provide a safe and comfortable space to capture all your beauty. If that means knowing your photos will stay private, please know that you are safe with me. Who you decide to share that beauty with, if anyone at all, is a decision that is yours to make and I promise to respect your decision.

I'm a traveling photographer. Though most of my work is done currently in Arizona, I do not have a single studio I use. Instead, I have a list of multiple incredible sets for you to chose from!

This really depends on several things…
Are the photos needed by a specific date for a gift? Like a wedding, birthday, or anniversary present for someone special? Do you need albums, frames, or any prints or products? The albums in particular can take up to 6 weeks to create. But, trust me, they're worth it!

Do you need a payment plan? I’m happy to work with you on a payment plan, but we definitely need to take this into consideration when choosing your date. The reason for a payment plan is to make this happen for you with as little stress as possible, and that often means planning a few months out or more.

My availability with the type of session you’re looking to book also play into how much time in advance you should be booking. A few examples: A mini session paid in full can be booked 1 week out, if I have the availability. A travel session needs at least a month in advance booking. And, a boudoir event that I’m helping to coordinate should be planned a minimum of 3 months in advance.

You need absolutely NO experience at all. I will pose you as needed. That’s an extremely important portion of my job. If you like what you’ve seen in my work thus far, you have nothing to worry about. I got you!

Editing is where half the magic happens! The magic of art in color and texture of the photo itself. You are already magic and that is captured at your session. Your beauty is not photoshopped in. You ARE beautiful!

If you want major body modifications done in photoshop (smaller waist, bigger curves), the answer is no. I do not have the skills and never plan to learn them. I’m not a good match as your photographer, and that’s okay. The goal of my work is to provide you with a photo of YOU that is stunning!

Though I do not provide major body modification edits, I absolutely do smooth skin for a soft glam look. As I’m sure you’ve noticed in my work. Outside of this, I provide a list of retouching from simply removing bruises to removing acne and/or lessening the appearance of any cellulite, some wrinkles, and/or stretch marks. We’ll discuss exactly how much retouch editing is your preference after you’ve seen your photos and picked your favorites.

Let’s keep it real, we all have things about ourselves that we feel a certain way about and we may not want those things shown in photos. Though my goal is to encourage you to love what you see in the mirror too, I’m happy to meet you halfway with some of these. I do this because I truly, in my heart, believe that for many it's still a step closer to appreciating how absolutely beautiful they are naturally, right here and now.

If you prefer to go more of a glam route with a dress, let’s do it! If you have a special tee or jersey of yours or your partners you wanted posed in, I would be happy to! Whether it’s a dress, lingerie, a big sweater, a ripped T-shirt and jeans, nothing but a sheet, or nothing at all the goal is to help you look and feel beautiful in a way you’re happy with. When booking a session with me there is a questionnaire to give me an idea of the look you’re going for. After booking we’ll set up a consult call or coffee where we’ll start planning together! This includes going over what I have to offer in my client closet and what you will be bringing yourself. My client closet currently is small, but growing quickly! Most of what I have to offer is lingerie.
